Program description
Penguin Home Service sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile number and consent. Messages include appointment confirmations, technician arrival and service completion notices, scheduling changes, water chemistry and service follow-ups, billing reminders, quote follow-ups, and replies to questions you send us.
How to opt in
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at penguinhomeservice.com, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you speak with our team, or by texting us first at (518) 730-4742.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and your interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Penguin Home Service does not charge for text messages. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. To rejoin, text START to (518) 730-4742 or ask us to re-enroll you.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm you are the mobile subscriber or have the subscriber’s permission, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
